To provide a sterilization treatment equipment of food continuously performing sterilization treatment without spoiling the natural flavor of liquid food.
This sterilization treatment equipment of food has a carrier route 2 which pressurizes and carries liquid food, a sterilization means 10 which is set on the carrier route 2 and sterilizes the liquid food using oxygen, and a deoxidizing means 20 which performs deoxidizing treatment for the liquid food treated by the sterilization means 10. The deoxidizing means 20 is composed of a gas replacement part 21 which brings the liquid food into contact with high-pressure inactive gas, and a reduced-pressure part 25 which reduces pressure of fluid supplied from the gas replacement part 21. It is possible to prevent deterioration of the liquid food caused by effect of remaining oxygen even if performing sterilization treatment with oxygen, since oxygen concentration in the liquid food can be decreased.
