Abstract:
To provide a sterilizing apparatus capable of easily and quickly sterilizing various kinds of small devices, such as earphones, nail clippers, razors, and mobile phones, at home.SOLUTION: There is provided a sterilizing apparatus comprising: a body portion accommodating a target; an outer surface facing an accommodation space of the body portion; a housing which comprises an inner surface opposite the outer surface and is coupled to the body portion covering the inner surface; an irradiation aperture formed in the housing; a light source which is arranged on a substrate arranged on the inner surface and is configured so as to irradiate light toward the accommodation space of the body portion through the irradiation aperture; a reflective portion which is formed in the accommodation space of the body portion so as to reflect light, which is irradiated from the light source, toward the accommodation space; a power source which is configured so as to supply power to the light source to turn on the light source; a detection unit which is arranged on the inner surface and is configured to detect a state of the body portion; and a controller which is configured to control the power source based on the detection result of the detection unit, wherein the irradiation aperture comprises an irradiation aperture extension portion having a cross section gradually widening from the inner surface of the housing to the outer surface.SELECTED DRAWING: None
