Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus that can be operated easily by using a polymer-based nanofiber aggregate instead of a microcapsule having a complicated process, so that huge amount of sterilizing material can be prepared in a simple process and a sanitary paper using the same can be prepared. The sterilizing polymer nanofiber aggregate comprises dry aggregates that is aggregated by hollow polymer nanofibers 1 whose both ends open. A bactericidal coating layer 3 containing a quaternary ammonium salt having at least one of a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group is provided on the inner surface portion and the outer surface portion of the hollow polymer-based nanofiber 1. The sanitary paper is prepared by blending the sterilizing polymer nanofiber aggregate in a paper made of dry wood fibers.
