Abstract:
A compound has a bounding energy between valence and conduction band with respect to wavelength, and has a thickness layer of 5 nm-1 mu m. The substrate comprises: microbicides functional agents; sodocalcic; and transparent/ceramic/vitroceramics/architectural material substrate of frontage coating, tiles/paving concrete block, architectural concrete, breeze block, brick, material with cementing composition, terracotta, slate, stone, metal surface/fibrous substrate at glass base of insulation mineral wool/reinforcement glass wire, mat, fabric, wallpaper, wood or paint. The compound: undergoes a heat treatment under one atmosphere of nitrogen/nitrogen and a reducing gas to absorb visible photons; is integrated into a mesoporous structure; is doped by nitrogen, sulfur and/or vanadium, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, indium, tin, iron, cerium, cobalt, copper, neodymium, zinc, tungsten, nobelium, tantalum, bismuth, nickel and ruthenium; and is covered by platinum, rhodium, silver and palladium; and has a concentration of 0.5-10% molar is obtained by coprecipitation of titanium such as alkoxide and a metal salt. An independent claim is included for the preparation of the substrate.
