Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain goods (food) with aroma and good taste, preservable for a long period by subjecting general food or tablewares to electromagnetic wave and infrared rays followed by ultrashort wave intermittently to stimulate sterilization and cell activation.

CONSTITUTION: For example, 'miso' or soy sauce is subjected to infrared rays and electromagnetic wave for medical use by repeating 3-sec. irradiation and 3-sec. pause three times and energized with ultrashort wave 12cm in wavelength at an irradiation dose of 5W/cm2, thus obtaining the objective food excellent in sterilization effect.
