Abstract:
To obtain a pharmacological composition effective for treating an estrogen-dependent tumor.
This pharmacological composition comprises a pharmacologically acceptable carrier or diluent and a compound which contains a ring system and a sulfamate group of the formula. The sulfamate group of the compound is substituted with a sulfate group so as to form a sulfate compound and the compound is incubated with a steroid sulfatase enzyme (E.C. 3.1.6.2) at pH 1.4 at 37°C to give Km value less than 50μM.
