To provide a sthenometer using a strength measuring device to be adhered to the palm of a hand for housing and formed with a load and pressure sensor over the whole of a surface thereof corresponding to the palm of the hand.
A part of a glove 2 to be brought in contact with the palm of a hand of a person to be examined is made of the hard urethane pad, and adhesiveness is increased so that the glove 2 can directly receive the force to be applied to a central part thereof. A part of the glove 2 to be brought in contact with a measurement part of the person to be examined is made of the soft silicon pad, and shape thereof can be a little changed in response to the shape of the measurement part of the person to be examined so as to increase the adhesiveness. A flat-type organism information detecting part 15 provided with various sensors is provided between the urethane pad and the silicone pad, and this organism information detecting part 15 has a load and pressure sensor as a load cell formed of an extra-light, extra-compact and extra-thin force plate.
