To provide a stick cosmetic container for which it is not necessary to separately prepare a chip fitting part and a brush fitting part.

The container is provided with: a main body cylinder part 1; a tip cylinder part 2 fitted in the state of being relatively rotatable to this main body cylinder part 1; and a stick body which has a stick cosmetic holding part formed at its distal end and which is arranged in the state of being freely movable back and forth within both of the cylinder parts 1 and 2. A brush holder for holding a mascara brush or a sponge tip 6 can be fitted to a lower small-diameter cylinder part 9 projecting from the bottom of the main body cylinder part 1, and an engaging part is formed at the bottom of the main body cylinder part 1, a part to be engaged is formed at the brush holder. In the case of fitting the mascara brush to the cylinder part 9, the brush holder is inserted into the cylinder part 9 to engage the part to be engaged to the engaging part. In the case of fitting the sponge tip 6 to the cylinder part 9, the sponge tip 6 is inserted into the cylinder part 9 and fixed there.
