Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein training for accelerating fingers essential for to such sports as a pitcher of baseball wherein an arm is swung can not be effectively performed and well conditioning of inner muscles of the shoulders and the breast are hardly performed.
SOLUTION: This stick dumbbell comprises a dumbbell main body 2 which can be formed into a size in which the top face 2d and the underside 2e of the approximately central part 2c are held with fingers 10b and 10c under a condition where the center of gravity exists at the apex part 2a and the back end part 2b faces to the palm 10a side or is brought into light contact with the palm 10a, and a resonance part 4 wherein when the dumbbell main body 2 is held under a condition where the palm 10a faces to the body side and it is swung down from the upper part and the palm becomes outerward to the body at the lower part, a sound being different from a whizzing sound.
