To provide a stick with two-strut type stool which has portability like one leg type stick upon walking and safety without danger of falling down upon sitting on the opened stool.

A stick rod, a stool, and a support rod are assembled into a foldable triangular assembly with two struts. When the assembly is opened, the stool is supported by four points of front and rear struts and both right and left feet on ground. When the assembly is closed, the two struts and the stool are tightly in contact with one another so as to function as a one-leg stick.
