Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the handling of a thin plate wall member easy and safe and to sharply improve execution efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A thin steel plate coil 4 being a wall member raw material is set through a shaft on the bed floor 3 of a self-movable work floor 2, and, led to a forming machine which has a perpendicular processing feed face and is located above the work floor 2 and formed. The formed thin steel plate is sent vertically downward between the work floor and an outside wall frame, and cut to a required dimension by a shearing machine 7 with a sensor 8, and then sent out to a worker on the work floor for sticking it to a wall frame in front.
