PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking device having a character point marking line which is stuck onto a surface of an object having character content thereby achieving point marking.SOLUTION: A sticking device having a character point marking line is equipped with a base material layer 1, an adhesive material layer 2 and a point marking line layer 3. The base material layer 1 is light-permeable and has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12. The adhesive material layer 2 is light-permeable and has two surfaces 11, 12. One of two surfaces 11, 12 is brought into contact with the first surface 11 or the second surface 12 of the base material layer 1, and the other of two surfaces 11, 12 is brought into contact with an object surface having character content. The point marking line layer 3 is formed between the base material layer 1 and the adhesive material layer 2, and is located at a position in proximity to a marginal part of the base material layer 1 while maintaining a space between itself and the marginal part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
