The sticking device includes: a photoelectric sensor 21 configured to detect the position of a base film 2; a shift control unit configured to shift the base film 2 from the detected position by a predetermined distance; positioning pins 13 configured to lock the base film 2, which has been shifted by the predetermined distance; an image sensor 22 configured to measure the position of the label-like film on the locked base film 2 with reference to an arbitrary reference point; an alignment table 19 configured to transfer the substrate 12 to the label-like film on the basis of the measured position; and a pressure roller 15 configured to pressurize the base film 2 to the substrate 12 to stick the label-like film and the substrate 12 together.
