Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent stickness so as to be repeatedly used for a long term by providing a rubber layer composed of vulcanized rubber, a sticking layer having stickness provided on the surface of the rubber layer, and a primer layer provided between the rubber layer and the sticking layer, and making the sticking layer out of silicone gel.
SOLUTION: Silicone rubber having rubber hardness to be 40° in JIS A is electric heating press molded for minutes at 170°C to be formed into a cylindrical material, it is pressed-in to a shaft, polished into surface roughness under 30 μm, and a rubber base body (rubber layer) 1 is obtained. A primer layer 2 is formed on the surface of the rubber layer 1 by a dipping method by the use of silicone series primer, further after drying, silicone gel is coated thereon by a dipping method, and after vulcanizing for 10 minutes in a electric heating tank at 150°C, it is secondarily vulcanized for 4 hours at 210°C, and hence a sticking roll for transportation is obtained. This roll has a sticking layer 3 on the rubber layer 1 through the primer layer 2.
