To provide a sticky note comprised of a laminated film including a polylactic acid alone as its base layer and a series of a polylactic acid blended with a filler such as calcium carbonate as its coating layer, the polylactic acid having excellent pencil writeability and erasability as well as decorative property, durability, and water resistance.

The base layer A comprised of a polylactic acid keeps one side overlaid with a coating layer (B) comprised of a polylactic acid of 98 to 80 wt.% and a filler of 2 to 20 wt.%, the average particle diameter of the filler being 0.3 to 6 m and comprised at least one of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, talc, silica, and mica, the surface roughness (SRa) thereof being characteristically 0.05 to 0.5 m.
