In another way, the medium-grade fiberboard 4 or the hard fiberboard is bonded to both of the surface and the rear of the veneer laminate material 2 prepared by laminating a plurality of veneer sheets 3 made of trees having spiral grains G and the directions of the tree axes of the veneer sheets 3 are all aligned with the directions of the length, while the respective face sides 3a and back sides 3b of the veneer sheets 3 are aligned with the same direction.
