PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device that can vaporize and condense while maintaining mixture homogeneity of liquid in a stirring vessel.SOLUTION: A stirring device 1 includes: a stirring vessel 2; a rotation shaft 3 vertically installed inside the stirring vessel 2; and a stirring blade 12 fixed to the rotation shaft 3. In the stirring blade 12, a surface of the stirring blade faces the rotation shaft 3.
