PURPOSE: To constitute a titled apparatus, which is detached to be easily washed, by a method wherein a stirring shaft is connected to a rotary drive shaft in a detachable manner and pulled to the outside of a container in an axial direction by a traction means to maintain air-tightness therebetween.

CONSTITUTION: A stirring shaft 2 having one end protruded into a container 5 through a piercing bore 50 provided to the wall of said container is connected to a rotary drive shaft 6 at the other end thereof in a detachable manner but pulled toward the outside of the container in an axial direction by a traction means 4 and the flange 22 of the stirring shaft 2 is contacted with the peripheral flange of the piercing bore 50 of the container wall through a packing 51 to maintain air-tightness between the container 5 and the stirring shaft 2. By this structure, after medicine or food is stirred, the stirring apparatus is detached and can be washed easily and completely.
