Title:
STIRRING BLADE AND MIXING APPARATUS PROVIDED THEREWITH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3774291
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring blade which prevents polymer adhesion to wall faces of a mixing container and block formation and which can be driven stably for a long time by producing the stirring blade from a prescribed number of pole-like bodies and joining members and making the rotation tracks of respective pole-like bodies different at the time of rotating the pole-like bodies on the axial circumference of the mixing container. SOLUTION: A mixing apparatus 10 comprises a stirring blade 12 and a cylindrical mixing container 14 and the stirring blade 12 has two parallel pole- like bodies 16, 17 and the upper sides and the lower sides of these pole-like bodies 16, 17 are joined through joining members 18, 19. The upper part joining member 18 connected with a driving mechanism is made eccentric from the center of the member and connected with a shaft 20 and the lower part joining member 19 is linked with the bottom wall 24 by a linking member 26 in a freely rotatable way. When the shaft 20 is rotated, respective pole-like bodies 16, 17 are rotated on the shaft, that is the circumference of the rotary shaft 42 of a container 14, and the pole-like body 17 draws a larger cylindrical track 44 and the pole-like body 16 draws a smaller cylindrical track 46 and both tracks 44, 46 are made not to be the same.
