Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring and defoaming apparatus with a simple constitution for sufficiently stirring and deforming a kneaded object material in a kneading container.
SOLUTION: The stirring and defoaming apparatus 1 is for stirring and defoaming a kneaded object material K in a kneading container 8 by holding the kneading container 8 with a container holder 6 installed in a freely rotatable manner on a rotary body 4 and revolving the container holder 6 around the rotary shaft of the rotary body 4 as a revolution axis and simultaneously self- rotating the container holder 6 on its rotation axis as a self-rotating axis. The stirring and defoaming apparatus is provided with a stirring mechanism comprises a stirring member 7 installed in the kneading container 8 held by the container holder 6 and journalled in a freely self-rotatable manner on the rotation axis line in the direction along the rotary shaft of the container holder 6 and a spindle 72 which is constituted unitedly with the stirring member 7 and rotates the stirring member 7 in such a state that the stirring member is kept in a prescribed posture in relation to the rotary body 4 by the centrifugal force generated by the revolution of the kneading container 8.
