A first moving driving mechanism 30 has a winding transmission device 30A. A push roller 75 is placed in a protruding state on its driving chains 33 and 34. An upper side engaging hook 71 and a lower side engaging hook 72 are placed at a pair of upper and lower places of a pushing board 10s which is placed on a side face of a first carrier 10. The hooks 71 and 72 are placed in a state where they are apart in the longitudinal direction with a specific distance so that when the push roller 75 linearly moves between a pair of sprocket wheels 31A and 32A, it pushes the hooks 71 and 72, and when the push roller 75 turns its progressing direction by passing sprocket wheel 31A and 32A, it parts from them.
