PURPOSE: To provide a stirring device of a grain storage tank, capable of sufficiently stirring grains positioned near to the inner wall surfaces of a storage tank and capable of reducing the cost of the device and simultaneously improving the reliability of the device by driving two carriages with a single power source and reducing control parts such as limit switches to make the whole body of the device a simple and reasonable structure.
CONSTITUTION: The device is characterized by transmitting a part of a power for driving a carriage 10 in the first travel-driving mechanism 30 for driving the first carriage 10 in the longitudinal direction of the storage tank 1 to the second travel-driving mechanism 40 to employ the part of the power as a power for tranversely transferring the second carriage 20, the second travel-driving mechanism 40 being used for transferring the second carriage 20 in the traverse direction of the storage tank 1, and stopping the first carriage 10 at places near to the front and rear side walls 2, 3 of the storage tank 1 with the first travel-driving mechanism 30.
