Title:
STIRRING MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013199608
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a stirring member in which the friction heat generated by the stirring is easily radiated and the damage or the coagulation of a toner due to a stirring blade part is suppressed.

A stirring member, provided with a rotary shaft part 41 and a stirring impeller part 42 and used for stirring a developer containing a toner, is formed by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin composition having physical properties of ≥0.8 W/m k heat conductivity and ≥100 kgf/cm sec limit PV value obtained by: using JIS K 7218 A method test machine; bringing a hollow cylinder-shaped test piece having 2.00 cm inside diameter, 2.56 cm outside diameter and 1.5 cm height into contact with an end face of an opposite material of a carbon steel of S45C; sliding the opposite material under a normal temperature at 20 cm/sec circumferential velocity; and applying a test load stepwise.
