Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an improvement width required easily and at a low cost and realize the uniform improvement.
SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a stirring and mixing section 10 for stirring ultra-soft ground, a hardener supply section 12 for supplying it, and a supporting section 14. The stirring and mixing section 10 has a frame 15, a chain 16 a driver motor 18 and a stirring plate 20, and a stirring and mixing section 10 having 3 units of the same configuration is arranged in a row laterally. At the upper side of the frame 15, the drive motor 18 is supported, and at the lower side of the frame 15, a roller support member 22 is fixed. At the diagonal side of the support member 22, a floating roller 24 is installed in a freely rotatable manner. The chain 16 is circulated endlessly between a prime sprocket wheel 28 fixed to a turning shaft of the drive motor 18 and a pair of a floating roller 24. The stirring plate 20 is attached to the chain 16 at predetermined intervals.
