Abstract:

To provide a stirring rotor and a crushing machine capable of enhancing energy exchange efficiency and crushing efficiency of the treated matter.

Protrusions 18 are formed at specified intervals in the circumferential direction in the outer peripheral surface of a stirring rotor 17 arranged within a crushing container 2 in a rotatable way, and depression portions opening in the rotating direction are formed in the forward region in the rotating direction of the root of the protrusions 18. The rear side parts in the rotating direction of the protrusions 18 are formed in an inclined surface, and through holes 23 penetrating through the inside and outside of the rotor 17 are formed in parts of the inclined surface. When the rotor 17 rotates, the crushing media 35 are pushed aside by the protrusions 18 of the rotor 17, are caught in the depression portions of the root of the protrusions 18 and flow into the inside of the rotor 17 through the holes 23. The construction relaxes the constraining force between the media 35 even when the rotor 17 is rotated at a high speed in a high amount of the media 35 charged, ensuring restoration of the shear and grinding action of the media 35.
