An air flow inlet 18 and a rice bran discharge part 30 are installed in the vicinity of the suction aperture 19 of the rice bran reception part 31, so that air entering through the air flow inlet 18 can flow in the gap between the rice bran discharge part 30 and the rice bran reception part 31 and is led toward the suction aperture 19.
