Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stitched polypeptide.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a stitched polypeptide of the present invention, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a production method and using method of the stitched polypeptide of the present invention. In a certain embodiment, the present invention relates to a novel stitched polypeptide having an α helical structure. In a certain embodiment, the α helical polypeptide of the present invention maintains the α helical structure under physiological conditions like the inside of the body (for example, the inside of gastrointestinal tract and blood stream) of a subject. The α helical polypeptide of the present invention has the formula (I) to (VII) as described in the present specification.
