Title:
STITCHING STRUCTURE OF BUTT SEAM PART OF SHOES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01254103
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the unevenness of a butt seam part from being generated and to improve the quality of commodities by stitching at least one point near the butt beam part and at least two points separate from the butt seam part each on either side of the part.

CONSTITUTION: The toe edge parts of the uppers 10 and 12 are get butted against each other and stitched by threads 11 and 13. Stitching is zigzagly made at one point 32, which is near a butt seam part 24 (in a position to be 1mm apart from the butt seam part 24), and two points 33 and 34 being separated from the butt seam part 24. Here, the distance from the stitching point 32 to the point 33 and that from the stitching point 32 to the point 34 are set almost equally and the stagger is set to be 7W8mm. Since the stitching point 32 is near this butt seam part 24, step difference can be prevented from being generated. Accordingly, stitching width can be made narrow, tension is distributed and the butt seam part is prevented from swelling. Then, the quality of products can be improved.
