To provide a stock device in which rod members can be securely stacked in layers in a stocker by movement of a fork.
In this stock device 1, a regulating member 44 is provided in the stocker 40 below a lift part 2 for stacking the rod members W in layers in a storage space K. By means of a regulating surface 45 of the regulating member 44, the forward-backward position of the rod member W on the first layer is decided as it is dropped into the storage space K in the stocker 40 by movement of the fork 30, in such a way that the rod member W on the second layer and on can be stored between the rod member W and the rod member W on the lower layer. The rod members W in the storage space K in the stocker 40 can thus be positively stacked in layers.
