Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock vice which can reduce the number of components for a jig and reduce work imposing a heavy load on a worker's muscles, and which can efficiently and safely clamp a workpiece in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A stock vice 1 comprises: a base 5; a pair of jaws 3 and 4 that are arranged on the base 5 and horizontally opened/closed to clamp a workpiece 2; a floating table 6 that is provided slidably in a clamp direction on the base 5 below the jaws 3 and 4; and a jig 33 that is detachably provided on the floating table 6 so as to support a lower end of the workpiece 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
