This stock vice has a fixed jaw 2 and a movable jaw 4 on a stock vice body 3. A locking member 6 is provided on the lower end of a bolt downwardly penetrated with a declined state from the movable jaw 4. Fastening the bolt forms a first locking surface part on the bottom surface of the stock vice body having the abutted top surface of the locking member 6, and a second locking surface part lockable with the first locking surface part on the top surface of the locking member.
