Abstract:
To adequately determine a delivery destination for an article from each business operator when there is a plurality of business operators who uses a plurality of stockers.SOLUTION: A stocker management device 60 manages a plurality of stockers 40 each having a plurality of delivery warehouses 45. Further, a master control section 62 can input a delivery destination determination request for an article 17 from each of a plurality of delivery-related systems 5 (delivery-related systems 5a and 5b) owned by different business operators, respectively. Then, the master control section 62 determines one of the stockers to be a delivery destination stocker out of the plurality of stockers 40 on the basis of an input delivery destination determination request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
