To provide a stockholder special benefit system and a stockholder special benefit support method for supporting the operation of a stockholder special benefit plan which is further easily usable for individual investors, and flexibly designable for an issuer company.
Data identifying a customer who has established a use contract, data showing the use condition of stockholder special benefits set by the company which are issuer stocks, and data specifying a stock transaction history for the issuer company by each customer are stored, and when data specifying the customer and the issuer company are received from mobile equipment, whether the transaction history of stocks of the issuer company by the customer is matched to a condition usable by the stockholder special benefits set by the issuer company or not. By this, even if the stock transaction history for the issuer company by the customer is matched to the usable condition set by the issuer company, the customer can use the stockholder special benefits even before a right fixed date, and usability for individual investors can be enhanced. Further, since the condition can be optionally set by the issuer company, the freedom of designing a stockholder special benefit plan according to the state that the individual inventors are increased/decreased can be enhanced.
