To provide a stocking device for a vacuum-formed tray capable of simplifying a structure of a holding and destacking means and a filled tray receiving and stacking means, enhancing stocking efficiency of the vacuum- formed tray by reduction of processing cycle time, and capable of reducing frequency of failure occurrence.
The holding and destacking means 1 is equipped with an adsorption device 101A; the holding and destacking means 1 holds an empty tray group 1G wherein an upper side empty tray is detachably fitted on a lower side empty tray sequentially in a predetermined number of stages, sequentially detaches and destacks the empty tray from the empty tray group 1G at a start position P1, and moves the destacked empty tray from near a formed article storage position P2 to the formed article storage position P2. The empty tray constituting the empty tray group 1G is sequentially adsorbed and destacked from the empty tray on the lowest stage thereof by the adsorption device 101A. The empty tray adsorbed is selectively rotated around a vertical axis by a rotation device 101E.
