To provide a stomach wall fixture capable of fixing the stomach wall in a short period of time and capable of reducing the stress on a patient by reducing invasion of the patient.

The stomach wall fixture comprises a stomach wall fixing aid, a thread holding puncture needle to be inserted into a hole of a connection part, and thread insertion puncture needles to be inserted into a second through-hole and a fourth three hole. The stomach wall fixing aid comprises: a body part in which a first through-hole and the second through-hole are formed; a movable part in which a third through-hole and the fourth through-hole are formed; and the connection part disposed in such a way as to penetrate the first through-hole of the body part and the third through-hole of the movable part for connecting the body part and the movable part. A fifth through-hole penetrating the first and third through-holes is formed in the connection part.
