To provide a stone kiln for cooking easily constructed at low cost without requiring a formwork and joint mortar for producing the stone kiln, and an assembling kit thereof.

The stone kiln body 1 includes sections of floor surfaces 2, wall surfaces 3, ceiling surfaces 4, entrance walls 5, an entrance ceiling 6 and an entrance arch 7 using fire resistant members such as bricks and building stones as constituent members. The stone kiln body 1 with a stable dome shape can be constructed only by stacking the constituent members like bricks without using the formwork and joint mortar by a multistepped and protruded structure brought by setting the radius of a circle to which wall pieces 3a constituting the wall surfaces 3 are inscribed to be smaller in about 1/3-1/4 of the width of the wall pieces 3a depending on raising every one step. When the constituent members are pre-processed in a factory, handling at the time of execution in site is easy, thereby execution cost is made to be inexpensive.
