To provide a panel coping with diversity of an outer wall design and be excellent in heat insulation ability by a method wherein a groove is cut in an ALC panel surface in which a reinforced mat is buried, a rib-like protrusion is fitted in a stone of a thin plate, and is stuck by an adhesive.
A reinforced mat is buried in a ALC panel 2, and grooves having a given width in the direction of width and depth are cut at given pitches in a surface in parallel. A stone 3 forms a plate of granite, and rib-like protrusions are protruded on the back from an edge and a central part in a longitudinal direction. Substrate processing is applied on the surface of the ALC panel 2 in a state that coating and wetting with water are effected on the whole surface. Thereafter, the whole of a surface is uniformly coated with an adhesive, the rib-like protrusions of a stone plate 3 are laid in a manner to be fitted in the grooves of the panel 2, and adhered through press. After by orderly sticking the stone plates 3, a smooth joint is formed, drying is effected for a desired time. Portland cement at an ordinary temperature, sand, and polymer are mixed in a desired ratio, and a substance where water is added and the mixture is kneaded to desired viscosity is used. This constitution improves workability at a building site and remarkably shortens a term of works.
