Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable stone to be bonded so farmly by laminating and unifying a fiber reinforced concrete backing layer on a nondecorative surface of platelike natural stone with plural tilted strip grooves on the nondecorative surface.
CONSTITUTION: Plural tilted strip grooves 1b are installed on a nondecorative surface 1a of platelike natural stone 1 slices into a plate thickness of 5- 15mm. Then, a fiber reinforced concrete backing concrete backing layer 2 of less than 0.08% in dry-shrinkage percentage is laminated and unified on the nondecorative surface 1a.
