Abstract:
To provide a stool collection storage container that is not bulky and convenient for storage and transportation, and being not contaminated by dust and miscellaneous bacteria during storage and transportation.SOLUTION: With a stool collection storage container, a stool collection body 2 is housed in a housing body 1. A lid body 3 is screwed into an opening section of a housing body 1 while a spacer 4 is caused to intervene between the housing body 1 and the lid body 3 or without intervention, resulting in an integrated assembly. When the lid body 3 is screwed into the opening section of the housing body 1 with the spacer 4 intervening between the lid body 3 and the housing body 1, the lid body 3 abuts against the spacer 4 and being no further screwed, so that no rupture occurs in a rupture unit 11 of a liquid storage unit 7 of the housing body 1. When the lid body 3 is screwed into the opening section of the housing body 1 with no intervention of the spacer 4 between the lid body 3 and the housing body 1, the lid body 3 does not abut against the spacer 4 and being screwed into the vicinity of a locking rib 1b of the housing body 1. As a result, a pressing unit 9 of the lid body 3 is configured to be lowered to break the rupture unit 11 of the liquid storage unit 7 of the housing body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
