PURPOSE: To use a hot air device for eliminating filthy water from the upper end face of a stool which becomes dirty when a man uses it for urine, and drying it, with regard to the lavatory seat cover provided with the hot air device for heating of a western-style stool.

CONSTITUTION: An air blowout port 2, and a bottom face air blowout port 3 are provided in a position opposed to the upper end of a stool, inside of a cover part provided in a bottom part of a lavatory seat cover 1, with a hot air device for heating and in a bottom part of a lavatory seat cover fitting implement side, respectively, and when a lavatory seat 17 and the lavatory seat cover 1 are closed, hot air is blown against the upper face of a stool 18 for a prescribed time, and elimination of dirty water and drying on the upper face of the stool 18 are executed.
