Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop device capable of assuring a cut-off performance between a tubular body and a wall when the tubular body is passed through the wall and capable of being fixed to the tubular body easily in a short period of time even if the tubular body has a protrusion.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a water stop device used when a tubular body having protrusions is passed through a wall, the water stop device is constituted by a water stop device main body 1 made of elastic substance and a module 2 made of elastic substance that is fixed to the tubular body. The water stop device main body 1 is constituted by seal bodies 6a, 6b formed with module storing parts 5a, 5b into which the module 2 is stored; a pressure plate 7 for compressing the seal bodies 6a, 6b from its both sides to cause the seal bodies 6a, 6b to be elastically deformed; and a fastening means 8 composed of bolts and nuts for applying a pressure to the pressure plate 7. Each of the water stop device main body 1 and the module 2 is divided into two segments, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
