Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop mechanism which can stop model cars being spin turned.
SOLUTION: A seesaw-like swing member 22 which is so pivoted on an axle 21 of a drive rear wheel 13 as to be oscillated freely is carried at a position on the car body 11 eccentric either on the left or right side from the center line along the ongoing direction of the model car 10, a drive motor 20 is mounted on the rear end side of the swing member and a stopper piece 23 on the front end side of the swing member. An elastic spring 25 is applied between the swing member and the car body so as to always energize the swing member in the direction of making the stopper piece of the swing member contact a running road surface 30. A gear is so arranged as to be meshed and turn in the direction of separating the stopper piece from the running road surface when the drive motor is rotated forward by setting the direction of reactions transmitted from the drive rear wheel 13 to the drive motor against energizing forces of the elastic spring 25.
