Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth and easy retreat of a front arranging plate while insuring safety of objects to be bundled by forming a contact face of the front arranging plate as a slope with a rising tip side in a blocking direction inclined by an appropriate amount toward a carry-out side.
SOLUTION: A front arranging plate 14 which blocks a transfer path to stop stacked objects 12 to be bundled at a bundling position is supported by a driving means 16 so that it can approximately vertically rise/lower and is placed at a front end regulated position of the bundling position of a bundling machine. A contact face 14a of the front arranging plate is formed as a slope with a rising tip side in a blocking direction inclined toward a carry-out side by a predetermined amount α, for example 2 to 3°. The front arranging plate 14 protrudes above a belt 22a which is a blocking position of the transfer path, waiting for the objects 12 reaching. When the objects 12 carried by an upper pressing conveyer and a belt conveyer are brought into contact and engaged with the contact face 14a of the front arranging plate at the blocking position, the objects are forced to stop.
