Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispense with a special manipulation and keep the suspended state of a door when necessary, or automatically close the sliding door and further, prevent the appearance from being damaged.
CONSTITUTION: A timing belt 4 connected to the door wheels of a sliding door moves in accordance with the opening or closing movement of the door and a driven pulley is rotated in accordance therewith. When the driven pulley 6 rotates as shown in the arrow mark 96, the stopper arm 9 springs up. When the force is immediately released, the driven pulley rotates reversely as shown in the arrow 97 due to the automatic closing force of the sliding door closer and the arm front end 9H is pulled down beyond the basic line L1. On the other hand, when the force is released after the sliding door has been suspended for a specified interval, the arm front end is positioned on the basic line and the timing belt is pressed by toe pushing force or a compression spring 14 and the sliding door is suspended at the position.
