Abstract:

To provide a stopper capable of easily turning a page of a musical score while preventing the page of the musical score placed on a book stand from being turned by itself.

A stopper 1 is detachably set on a music stand S of the piano which has a placing part S1 for placing a musical score and a rest part S2 for resting the musical score placed on the placing part S1, and is provided with; a clip 10 for pinching the placing part S1; a coil spring 21 erected on the clip 10; and a holding member 22 fitted at the end of the coil spring 21 so as to hold the musical score abutting with the musical score placed on the placing part S1. Therefore, in the stopper 1, when a player turns the musical score placed on the placing part S1, the coil spring 21 inclines so as to release holding the musical score, and the inclining coil spring 21 returns to the initial position with elastic force of itself so as to hold the musical score again.
