PURPOSE: To make automobiles surely to stop by protruding needle shaped projections from the holes bored at a certain necessary intervals around the ridges of angle type running plate and make the tire of the car passing over the running plate to blow out.

CONSTITUTION: The running plate is branched at the ridge portion and formed to incline to left and right, and prepared with protrusion holes 3 at a certain necessary intervals to the side where cars are running in. To the ground side of the running plate 1, a rotatable shaft 5 on which are fixed with needle shaped projections 6 at equal intervals with that of protrusion holes 3. The rotatable shaft 5 will be rotated to the direction of R manually or automatically, so that the projections 6 protrude out of the holes 3 to the upper side of the running plate 1. This protrusion 6 can blow out tires of a car passing over the running plate 1, and make it to stop.
