Title:
STOPPING JIG FOR MEASURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10170204
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To keep the end of a measure such as a scale on a measured object and easily measure it, by equipping a stopping tool with the compressing lid which holds the end of a measure on the upper side of the rectangular solid and with a fixing part such as a magnetic material or a suction cup on the bottom part of it.

A rectangular solid 1 which is a body of a measure stopping jig includes fixing parts such as a magnetic material (m) on its bottom side, a slit 6 to which a suction cup 7 can be attached, a projection 8 in which a nail hole 8a is bored, a pin which can rise and fall with rotation of a pinch 5. A compressing lid 10 is fixed on the upper side of the rectangular solid 1 with a hinge 11, and a fastening 12 at lid's end is tied to a fastening 9 of the rectangular solid. By setting the rectangular solid 1 on a measured object using fixing part corresponding to its material, and sandwiching the end of a scale between the rectangular solid 1 and the lid 10, its size is measured. If rubber sheets (s) are stuck on the reverse side of the lid 10 and the upper side of the rectangular solid 1, the object is effectively held and is hard to slip, and if a stopping needle is bed on the upper center of the lid 10 the measure is used sideways.
