To mount a solar panel inside of a veranda or on a wall surface, to efficiently generate power while precisely adjusting an inclination angle of the solar panel, and to safely and effectively utilize the solar panel by storing it even under abnormal weathers.

A solar panel 1 and a rotary shaft 5 are fixed to a panel fixing stand 2 and mounted to a fixing frame 6 in a rotatable manner as an integrated body. A handrail wall supporting metal fitting 11 is mounted to a veranda handrail wall 14, the integrated body is assembled, a back angle adjusting box 7A is mounted and by moving up or down the position of the back angle adjusting box 7A, an inclination angle can be adjusted precisely. When the panel fixing stand 2 is moved up to an inclination supporting material 10, an angle fixing pin 8 is expanded and the panel fixing stand 2 is supported. When storing the panel fixing stand, a pull string 9 is pulled to pull back the angle fixing pin 8 and cancel the support of the panel fixing stand 2. The panel fixing stand 2 is then rotated around the rotary shaft 5, enters the fixing frame 6 and is brought into a stored state. Therefore, the frame can also be mounted to a wall surface while being turned front, two kinds of mounting can be performed, the inclination angle can be adjusted precisely and the frame can be stored under abnormal weathers.
