Abstract:
To provide a phase synchronization circuit in which characteristics of the circuit are optimally switched in accordance with a data transfer speed and a stable operation is realized for the speed.
The apparatus is provided with a phase comparing section 2, a charge pump section 3, a filter section 4, a voltage-controlled oscillating section 5, a storing means 11 which stores instructions to change response characteristics and a means 9 which changes at least one of the following items, i.e., the amount of the gain of the section 3 or filter constants to the section 4 or the central frequency of the section 5.
