To provide a storage bag for towable and movable on the floor so as to safely carry fragile articles stored as stored articles.

The storage bag 1 capable of being towed and moved is provided with bag bodies 2 and 3 having storage parts for storing and carrying various kinds of articles, and towing and moving means 10 provided on parts of the bag bodies 2 and 3 so as to abut against the floor when being towed and moved. Each of the towing and moving means is provided with a pneumatic tire 11 abutting against the floor for rotating when towing and moving the bag bodies, and a suspending means 20 for resiliently supporting the pneumatic tire. The suspending means 20 has a suspension 21, and the pneumatic tire is suspended on a part of the bag body through the suspending means.
